Article Abstract
Tension pneumocephalus is an uncommon condition characterized by dramatic neurological deterioration and massive accumulations of intracranial air. Inflammatory changes in the CSF may mimic an infectious process. In this report we describe a case of tension pneumocephalus in which the patient presented with pleocytosis of the CSF.
